At St Laurence school we believe in the importance of listening to the children's voice.  Our School Council is made up of 2 children from each class, and they meet every 3 weeks. They discuss their ideas about how they can improve the school and ask their classes for their opinions. This supports the British Value of Democracy and empowers the children to feel that they can make positive changes to their school community.
